Welcome to Gymwear Archive. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Nature of Products

Gymwear Archive sells both original products designed and produced by Gymwear Archive, and pre-owned items that are vintage or secondhand. Each listing clearly indicates whether an item is original or pre-owned.

Pre-owned items: All pre-owned items are 100% authentic—no exceptions. We are specialists in vintage and rare Gymshark apparel with years of expertise. Authenticity is non-negotiable. Product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each item's condition at the time of listing.

Original products: Items designed and produced by Gymwear Archive are brand new and shipped in original packaging.

Minor variations in colour may occur due to monitor differences.

2. Condition Grading (Pre-Owned Items)

Pre-owned items are graded as follows:

• Deadstock (DS): New with tags, never worn
• Like New: Worn 1-2 times, no visible wear
• Excellent: Light wear, no flaws
• Good: Moderate wear, minor flaws noted in listing
• Fair: Visible wear or flaws, priced accordingly

All flaws are disclosed in individual listings.

3. Original Products Warranty

Original Gymwear Archive products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the defect.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency and converted automatically at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the sale price is locked. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate, and the final charge to your payment method may vary slightly from the displayed price at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gymwear Archive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.

7. Trademark Disclaimer

Gymwear Archive is an independent reseller of pre-owned apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gymshark Ltd or any other brand whose products we sell. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Vintage and pre-owned items are immediately removed from other sales platforms upon purchase, and we cannot re-list items that have been allocated to an order.

9. Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

10. Photo Copyright

All product photographs on this website are the property of Gymwear Archive. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our images without prior written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All original Gymwear Archive designs, logos, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of Gymwear Archive. Reproduction, imitation, or unauthorised use of our original designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Product Care

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or care after delivery. Vintage and pre-owned items may require specific handling. Please follow care label instructions. If you have any specific questions about caring for an item, please contact us before washing.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us via email first to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any legal action. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues within 30 days.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Instagram, Depop). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Returns & Refunds

Pre-Owned Items

Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pre-owned inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, fit issues, or change of mind.

We accept returns on pre-owned items only if:

1. Item Not as Described: The item materially differs from its listing description or has undisclosed flaws. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
2. Damaged in Transit: The item arrives damaged due to shipping. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Original Gymwear Archive Products

Original products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns for original products are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

We accept returns on original products if:

1. Manufacturing Defect: Covered under our 30-day warranty. Contact us with photos.
2. Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
3. Change of Mind: Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

1. Email support@gymweararchive.com with your order number, photos, and description of the issue
2. Wait for approval before returning any item
3. If approved, ship the item back in its original condition within 7 days
4. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable

• Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
• Items where flaws were disclosed in the listing
• Items returned without prior approval

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom. We do not ship to destinations where Royal Mail does not offer service, including: Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea (Ukraine), Democratic Republic of Congo (parts), Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria. For international orders (including USA), Royal Mail handles delivery until customs clearance, after which the package is transferred to the local postal carrier (USPS in the United States) for final delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 2-5 business days
• USA & International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your country's customs authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gymwear Archive is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once shipped.
